1 创建基础容器
拉取镜像
docker pull ubuntu

2 安装环境
2.1 安装依赖
apt-get update

2.2 安装conda

2.3 安装cann
在资源中心下载并上传配套的软件包到服务器

3 python环境
3.1 python环境创建

3.2 安装依赖

安装torchvision包

4 ComfyUI
4.1安装
cd /root/
git clone https://github.com/comfyanonymous/ComfyUI.git
cd ComfyUI/
pip install -r requirements.txt -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
安装插件(可选)
cd custom_nodes/
git clone https://github.com/ltdrdata/ComfyUI-Manager.git
cd ComfyUI-Manager/
pip install -r requirements.txt -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
4.2 代码修改
cd /root/ComfyUI/
vim main.py
# 添加以下内容

torch.npu.config.allow_internal_format = False

4.3 启动UI
cd /root/ComfyUI/
python main.py

4.4 下载模型
根据工作流按需下载模型权重(以Wan2.2文生视频为例)


魔搭有专门的Comfy Org组织

注意:不要使用fp8格式的权重
下载权重到指定文件夹,然后在UI界面上刷新并加载一下

选择权重并点击运行

4.6 多卡运行
ComfyUI Manager搜索并安装ComfyUI-MultiGPU插件,安装完成后需重启ComfyUI。在工作流中用该插件的节点替换原本的模型加载节点,将模型加载到指定的卡上。
